What is included with the monthly rent?
Your monthly rent will include landscaping, snow removal, maintenance inside & out of your home, weekly trash service, 24-hour emergency maintenance, and access to our Community Center along with our other community amenities. Utilities, cable, and internet are not included with the monthly rent.
Which utilities are my responsibility?
Creekstone includes water, sewer, and refuse services in the rent. Residents pay for gas (RG&E), internet/cable, and electricity. Fortunately, our community is powered by Fairport Electric, known for providing significantly better value than most national electric suppliers.
What is your pet policy?
Cats & Dogs are both allowed at Creekstone. We will welcome 2 pets per home. A breed restriction does apply. Please ask to see a copy of our pet agreement for details. We require a non-refundable pet fee of $350 upon signing the Lease Agreement. There will be a $50 monthly pet fee.

Yes. We have dedicated resident storage garages on the property, just off Mason Road. The storage spaces are 10 x 19 and lease for $175 per month, short- or long-term. You do not need to be a Creekstone resident to rent a storage garage. Apartment residents can also rent storage closets in the apartment building.
Do you offer a short term lease?
No. We do not offer a short term lease. A lease agreement can be signed for a 1 or 2 year lease at your initial signing.
Can I pay for rent on my credit card?
Yes, if you enroll in our Resident Web Access, there is a fee for credit card payments; there is not a fee for auto-payments via bank transfer. We also accept checks (made payable to: Creekstone), cashier’s checks, or money orders. We do not accept cash.
Who manages Creekstone?
Creekstone is built and professionally managed by Pride Mark Homes, winner of the Rochester Business Journal’s Best Property Manager and Best Homebuilder awards.
