Village Public Restroom Ribbon Cutting

On Friday, April 21st, the Village of Fairport celebrated the opening of the Village Public Restrooms, located on Liftbridge Lane West near the Northwest canal bank park.  The Village management team along with representatives from Fairport Electric, Loyal Nine, resident Nancy Hessler, architect and project designer Chuck Smith, landscape architect Sue Steele, New York State Senator Samra Brouk, Executive Director of Rochester Accessible Adventures Anita O’Brien, County Legislator John Baynes, Mayor Julie Domaratz and Village Trustee Adam Bonosky cut the ribbon of toilet paper to open the facilities.    
The restrooms feature both adult and child changing centers allowing for better access to canal recreation for disabled individuals and will be open year round with both heating and air conditioning.

Hours of Operation:
7:00am – 9:00pm -7 days a week
